Perihelion

State of Emergency

The Nature of Images

Cecelia Chapman writes: "The state of emergency is a town nearby, falling into the rising seas, where they continue to build and rent out the apartments on the crumbing cliffs. Perihelion is a good word to describe our arrogance, like Icarus, drawing too close to the sun. And The Nature of Images is to reflect themselves."
