About a storm

Something about a storm, the fount, or am I, a hart, thinking of Actaeon?

These woods

Words and hounds, these woods; words, hounds, and a hart. Why hasn't he Scylla's hounds, who daren't rend their own? Words and hounds, these woods; words, hounds, a fount, its Miss, and Actaeon, a hart.

Are we to gather him and inter him, our Actaeon? If there are things a hart cannot do, there are things a hound cannot do.

We could bring ourselves to do so, and I am eager to do so; it's just that we are not able to do so.

We are able to do so. We can dig, and we can drag. However, it would be a grotesque spectacle.

It would haunt us more than the demise of Actaeon.

A grotesque spectacle, a grotesque memory.

The memory would weary us unto our own demise.

We will leave him, our Actaeon.
